  Configured Git-driven deployment

  Commits to the main branch now run the complete production gate in Cloudflare Workers Builds. The single production Worker changes only after checks, tests, the static build, and deployment all succeed.

  Defined the publishing contract

  Production now fails closed: only draft: false is public. Preview inclusion is controlled by an exact build-time flag, and the mailing-list feed has its own stricter eligibility rule.
